God's Ultimate Miracle

Richard Waialeale

Scripture

Observation

I have seen things happen in my life and around me that I’ve thought, this has to be of God. As I grew in my relationship with Jesus and with my Christian walk, I learned to trust in Him and walk with Him. All of a sudden, the wonders and miracles seem to become more prevalent, whether big or small. It’s not because of anything of me, but it is because of Jesus.

But there are times when I experience situations and circumstances, pain and suffering that causes me to wonder why me. The book of Job walks me through what must be the most severe of sufferings I could ever imagine - and for a long time. God has an ultimate miracle for those that believe.

Application

As a pastor I contend for healing until God steps in and answers my prayer or until He trumps my prayer with His answered prayer. I must keep praying for healing or a miracle until God overrides my prayer with His ultimate miracle - and that is that I will be with Him through all of eternity. A promise that I have, but the wicked will not see. The difference between the blameless, those that said YES to Jesus, is that we get to go to heaven, and the bad guys don’t. Keep praying for those that did not receive Jesus as Lord and Savior that one day everyone will say YES.

Prayer

Thank you for the miracle of a lifetime. The promise that we will be with You through all of eternity. I pray for the lives yet to be saved. In Jesus Name. Amen.
